SBI General Insurance extends support to those affected by Cyclone Remal

Mumbai, 11th June 2024: In the wake of a devastating Cyclone Remal situation, SBI General Insurance has stepped up to provide much-needed support to its customers. Remal was the first cyclone to hit the Bay of Bengal this year ahead of the monsoon season and has triggered heavy rains, and landslides throughout India’s northeastern region like West Bengal, Mizoram, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya and Tripura.

In the case of some smaller claims, immediate settlements will be offered with efforts to help those affected recover.
