[December 7, 2024, Hyderabad]: Professor Chandrasekhar Sripada’s book, ‘Shaping The Future of Work: Build Flexible Work Options and Unleash the Human Capital of Bharat,’ was today unveiled by Dr BVR Mohan Reddy, Founder Chairman & Board Member, Cyient, Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean, ISB, and Ms Vasanthi Hariprakash, Founder- CEO, Pickle Jar Media, at the Indian School of Business (ISB).

Chandrasekhar Sripada is a clinical professor of organisational behaviour (teaching) at ISB. The professor in the book explains why and how firms and governments must rethink conventional work, organisational, and leadership practices and provide fresh insights to engage the next-gen workforce. Professor Sripada also recommends practical strategies to make India’s world of work inclusive and future-ready.
