National, December 02nd, 2024—IIM Raipur is poised to host the prestigious India Finance Conference 2024 (IFC 2024), the flagship event of the Indian Finance Association, from December 19 to 21, 2024. Organized in collaboration with esteemed institutions such as IIM Calcutta, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Ahmedabad, the conference has garnered an impressive 400+ paper submissions.

 It is set to welcome over 100 distinguished researchers from around the globe. The event will be graced by eminent thought leaders, including Prof. Yakov Amihud (NYU Stern) and Prof. Anand Srinivasan (NUS), who will headline the conference, sharing their invaluable insights on the latest developments in finance.

 This year’s edition of IFC stands as a testament to the seamless collaboration between academia and industry, with notable leaders including Dr. Tirthankar Pattnaik (National Stock Exchange), Dr. Prabhas Rath (SEBI), Mr. Pravin Goel (BlackRock), Ms. Shipra Sooden (Fractal), Mr. Raamanathan Gururajan (Relanto), and Mr. Ashish Pathak (Fino Bank), joining the panels to share their expertise and perspectives on the evolving financial landscape. The conference will also extend a cultural dimension, with a musical night on December 20 featuring the celebrated Shagun Pathak, a renowned Indian Idol contestant, adding a touch of entertainment to this distinguished gathering.
