Kochi, Sep 10: ESAF Small Finance Bank has appointed banking and financial services experts Shri. Hari Velloor and Shri. Ashok Thukkaram Dhamankar as Directors of the Bank. Shri. Hari Velloor has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, while Shri. Ashok Thukkaram Dhamankar has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
With more than three decades of experience in the financial sector, Shri. Hari Velloor brings extensive expertise in banking, branch operations, distribution, customer engagement and business development. He previously served as Executive Vice-President of ESAF Small Finance Bank and Senior Vice-President at HDFC Bank. He holds a postgraduate degree from Madurai Kamaraj University.
Shri. Ashok Thukkaram Dhamankar is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in investment banking, sustainable finance, agricultural value chains and financial services. He previously served as CFO of United Phosphorus Limited and Samunnati Financial Intermediation and Services. He has also served as an advisory board member at Weather Risk Management Services Private Limited and Nurture Financial Solutions Private Limited.
