Ravi Jain Memorial Foundation has always been a patron to promote art and nurture young talent. Several being felicitated by the foundation, now have been established in the art fraternity. With its annual flagship event preview on September 28, 2024 at Dhoomimal Gallery, the 33rd edition witnessed enthusiasm and creativity of the next generation of skilled artists. Enjoy the mesmerizing poetry reading session, launch of Dhoomimal Gallery Art Bulletin, and the film screening on eminent artist Krishen Khanna directed by Vinod Bhardwaj on October 10, 2024.
Encouraging the young artists working in various mediums including painting, sculpture, digital installation, drawing, and photography, and/or printmaking, RJMF show is a testament to perpetuate the transformation in the art landscape. “It has always been a pleasure to continue this tradition as it is enriching to witness the fearlessness with which the budding generation of artists exhibit their talent and artistic vision. I have always been in awe with their meaningful representations and experimental approaches. Best wishes to each and every artist who has participated to showcase their creative edge and taken a step to revolutionize the art scenario,” says Uday Jain, Director of Dhoomimal Gallery.
Guests including Meesha Sharma and Ajay Sharma from Baidyanath Group, Historian and Author Geeti Sen, Artist Ashok Bhowmick, Artist Jatist Das, Sushma Behl, Nishel Manchanda, Varda Taneja, Jyoti Kathpalia, Ravi Taneja, and Kavita Taneja graced the event. Poets including Director Vinod Bhardwaj, Poonam Arora, Pragya Shukla, Rashmi Bhardwaj, Vimal Kumar, and Vazda Khan added stars to the event.
With a roster of artists including Anil Kumar, Bhaktibhushan De, Dharmendra Rathore, Dheeraj Yadav, Gambhir Pawar, Hara Kant Baroo, Harshwardhan Devtale, Hemant Rao, Hemraj, Lallan Singh, M. S. C. Satya Sai, Paltu Burman, Prasoon Chandra Poddar, Raja Boro, Ravi Kumar Chaurasiya, Satyaranjan Das, SK Avik, Snehashis Maity, Somnath Singh, Sukanya Garg, and Vishal Bhuwania, the 33rd edition strives to provide a platform to emerging artists to make the audience view the world through their lens.
