IIT Roorkee, in partnership with Futurense, launches India’s first Advanced Certification in AI Engineering & AIOps

The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), one of India’s most prestigious engineering institutions, in partnership with Futurense, has unveiled a first-of-its-kind Advanced Certification in AI Engineering & AIOps. Scheduled to go live in August 2025, this 9-month program is tailored for working professionals and engineers looking to lead the next wave of AI innovation at scale.

With a curriculum engineered for real-world relevance, this certification is the first in India to focus explicitly on cloud-native GenAI and Agentic AI deployment, addressing the growing production gap in AI implementation across industries, which makes the engineers hireable in today’s market. Participants will master end-to-end AI workflows from designing and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to deploying full-stack systems on cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
