Enviro Infra delivers Q2 & H1 FY26 Performance

Delhi, 05th November 2025: Enviro Infra Engineers Limited a leading infrastructure company specializing in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and Water Supply Scheme Projects (WSSPs) for government authorities across India today announced its unaudited financial consolidated results for the quarter & half year ended September 30th, 2025

For the quarter ended 30th September 2025:

• Revenue from Operations stood at ₹ 2273 million, marking a robust 6.7% YoY growth compared to Q2FY25.
• EBITDA for the quarter was ₹ 649 million, up 16.8% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 28.6%.

For the half year ended 30th September 2025:

•  Revenue from Operations reached ₹ 4,683 million, registering a strong 12% YoY growth, backed by timely execution of a robust order book.
• · EBITDA grew by 20.8% YoY to ₹ 1,292 million, with margins expanding by 202 bps to 27.6%, indicating enhanced operating leverage.

As on 30th September 2025:

• The Net Worth as of September 30, 2025, stood at ₹ 11,384 million
• Total Debt stood at ₹ 2,946 million
• Debt-to-Equity Ratio stood at 0.26
