Bootstrapped Doctor’s Choice Clocks 100 percent Revenue Growth in FY26, Bets on Premiumisation and Retail Expansion to Reach INR 300 Crore by FY28

New Delhi, 14th October 2026: Doctor’s Choice, a Gurugram-based, bootstrapped FMCG brand, has reported ₹60 crore in revenue for FY2025–26, up from ₹30 crore in FY2024–25, marking 100% year-on-year growth. The company is now expecting ₹100 crore-plus in FY2026–27 and targeting ₹300 crore in FY2027–28, as it expands its distribution network, strengthens its product portfolio and positions itself in India's premium everyday nutrition market.

Founded in 2024 by Ankit Jha and Nupur Jha, Doctor’s Choice operates across both B2B and B2C segments, with its consumer business remaining the primary revenue driver. The EBITDA-positive company has built a digital-first distribution model, with its D2C website contributing 50% of sales, followed by e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon and Flipkart at 25%, quick commerce at 15% and offline channels at 10%. The brand also reports approximately 60% customer retention, reflecting its focus on repeat consumption and direct consumer relationships.

Premiumisation and Product Innovation to Drive the Next Phase

Alongside its revenue growth, Doctor’s Choice is repositioning its portfolio to compete more strongly in the premium everyday nutrition segment. The company is revamping packaging across its Protein Oats, Protein Muesli and peanut butter categories, with a refreshed visual identity aimed at strengthening product differentiation and the overall consumer experience.

The transformation extends to product formulations. Doctor’s Choice has increased protein content across three existing Protein Oats flavours: Dark Choco Berry from 27g to 28g per 100g, Strawberry from 23g to 25g, and Banana Caramel from 24g to 25g per 100g. The changes are part of a broader strategy to make protein-rich foods relevant beyond the traditional fitness audience and establish them as convenient everyday choices for Indian households.

Mochaccino Launch Marks Shift Towards Experiential Brand Building

The brand's growing focus on experience-led marketing was reflected in its Mocha in Motion Sundowner, held on October 10, 2026, at Rackonnect Exclusive Padel Pickle Park in New Delhi. The event marked the launch of Mochaccino Coffee Oats, a new coffee-inspired addition to its Protein Oats portfolio, offering 26g of protein per 100g.

Attended by more than 250 creators from the food, fitness and lifestyle communities, including Indian actor Chayan Chopra and known creators like Karan Malik (food blogger), Deepak Thakran (Fitness creator); the event brought together sport, food, music and product experiences. The initiative reflects the company's approach to building consumer relationships through experiences that connect nutrition with everyday interests and culture.

Speaking about the brand's marketing strategy, Ankit Jha, Co-founder, Doctor’s Choice, said: “We are building Doctor’s Choice for people who want better nutrition without necessarily identifying as fitness enthusiasts. As our products become part of everyday routines, our marketing needs to reflect that shift. Experiences like Mocha in Motion help us create a stronger connection with consumers. We want people to choose us not only for the protein content, but because they identify with the brand and want to keep coming back. Our ambition is to make Doctor’s Choice an aspirational yet accessible part of everyday life.”

Retail Expansion and Manufacturing Plans

As part of its next growth phase, Doctor’s Choice is targeting a presence across 2,000 retail outlets by 2027 and planning a new manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, to strengthen production capabilities and support portfolio expansion. The company is also exploring opportunities in clean snacking while investing in AI-enabled customer relationship management and supply-chain capabilities.

Commenting on the company's growth and expansion strategy, Nupur Jha, Co-founder and COO, Doctor’s Choice, said: “Doubling our revenue from ₹30 crore to ₹60 crore in FY26 is an important milestone for us as a bootstrapped business. We have focused on building a model that allows us to stay close to our consumers while scaling across multiple channels. As we expect to cross ₹100 crore in FY27 and work towards ₹300 crore in FY28, our priorities are expanding distribution, strengthening our product portfolio and building the operational capacity to support that growth. Our planned manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi and retail expansion are important steps towards creating a larger, more scalable FMCG business.”
